Most of our work is across the Sacramento region, the Bay Area and the Central Valley, and we follow our clients further when they need us, from Southern California to Arizona.
When should I bring in an owner's rep?
As early as you can, ideally during planning, before the design and budget are locked in. That is when good advice saves the most money. But Project CM can step in at any phase, including part-way through construction.
How is an owner's rep different from a general contractor?
The general contractor builds the project. Project CM works for you, the owner: we plan, coordinate the team, review costs and changes, and protect your budget and schedule. Because we work on your side of the table, our recommendations are in your interest.

What kinds of projects do you manage?

An experienced Project CM lead manages your project from start to finish, with additional team resources joining as your project needs them. You get senior leadership without paying for overhead you don't use.

Every project is different. After a first conversation, Project CM prepares a proposal with a scope of services and fee matched to the phases you need. Being cost effective is a core part of how we work.
