Founded in 2013 by Bill Hagman, Project CM is based in Granite Bay, California. Our team brings more than 30 years of experience delivering public and private projects, including commercial tenant improvements, new construction of many types and site infrastructure development.
With executive-level project management on projects of every size, Project CM gives owners the leadership they need during the construction process, whether they are opening a single location or rolling out an expansion. Additional resources join each project as demand requires, so owners get senior leadership without unnecessary overhead.

Leadership
Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and brings true experience as both a builder and a manager.
Throughout his career, Bill has exceeded clients' expectations with a strong level of customer service. He is known for setting high expectations and providing accountability on his projects. His experience includes site development, retail, hospitality, high-density residential, medical office buildings, industrial and office shell and tenant improvement projects, and education.
